Learn Hubbell's product capabilities, differentiation, and value proposition; analyze competitor offerings and capabilities.
Research and compare product offerings with competitors to identify gaps.
Evaluate raw material inventory and recommend adjustments based on data analysis.
Assess historical product demand to determine proper stocking levels of raw materials.
Potential for exposure and participation in Kaizen events.
Assist with machine setup, standardization, and streamlining processes.
A Day In The Life: The Hubbell Rotation Program (HRP) is designed for college graduates seeking accelerated exposure across various business functions. The program lasts 3 years, involves relocation to three Hubbell facilities in the U.S., and reports to the Campus Program Manager while receiving daily assignments from local management.
The Engineering Rotation focuses on manufacturing/operations, design engineering, sales & marketing, or supply chain.
What will help you thrive in this role?
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow.
Versatility, flexibility, and enthusiasm for working within changing priorities.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and leadership.
Proficiency in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, SharePoint.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
