What You'll Need
Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experience.
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry.
Great empathy, customer‑oriented, compassionate, and enthusiastic.
Ability to multitask: organized, team‑player, strong leadership habits, and self‑discipline.
Reliable network connectivity: hardwire to home network, download ≥100 Mbps, upload ≥20 Mbps.
What We Offer
Flexible Full‑Time Schedule: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, Monday – Friday.
Competitive Compensation: Base $61,800 + monthly bonuses (OTE $100,000 – 120,000).
