Hearing Instrument Specialist
that wants to jump in head‑first to directly contribute to the growth of our company and help us transform the lives of our customers!
What You’ll Do On the Daily You will become part of a team which will focus on innovation topics and redefine the customer journey in the hearing care space.

Test new technology to enhance customer experience
Educate, demonstrate and train hear.com patients on the most effective ways to use and benefit from our devices
Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients
Close interaction with the Customer Sales Team
Collect learnings and share your knowledge with the biggest independent network of audiologists
What You’ll Need
Licensed HIS or Audiologist with 1+ year fitting experience
Entrepreneurial mindset and motivation to change the industry
Great empathy, customer oriented, compassion, and enthusiastic
Ability to Multitask: You’re organized and able to work within a team, and have strong leadership habits with the self‑discipline to be autonomous.
Reliable Network Connectivity: You must be able to hardwire to your home network and your download speed must be above 100 Mbps and upload speed above 20 Mbps. We’ll provide the necessary equipment (laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, ethernet cable, etc.).
What We Offer
Flexible and Full‑Time Schedule: Company working hours 8:00 am – 5:00 pm or 9:00 am – 6:00 pm (In your time zone) Monday – Friday.
Competitive Compensation: Base: $61,800 + monthly bonuses (OTE $100,000 – 120,000)
Benefits Package: Full medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid parental leave, open paid time off (PTO) policy ️, and paid sick time and paid company holidays.
