Complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Collaborate with sales agents to assist clients in finding suitable homes Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients refine their search criteria Draft and negotiate offers on behalf of sales agents and clients Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation Engage in weekly script practice sessions as per team guidelines Take part in team activities according to team standards Attend weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls Record tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Qualifications
Enthusiastic about engaging with people and building professional relationships Upbeat and cheerful demeanor Comfortable with extensive driving Skilled at understanding clients' preferences and matching them with suitable properties Eager to learn and grow Driven and demonstrated track record of success High school diploma Active Real Estate License What We Offer
