Overview
DAS Construction Manager role at Communication Technology Services (CTS). CTS specializes in the design, installation and support of Distributed Antenna System (DAS), Small Cell and 4G/5G Private Wireless Networks for enterprise cellular networks. The position is located in the greater Corona, CA area and includes regional travel.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years as Field Manager III (FMIII) with proven leadership and technical abilities.
Endorsement from a Project Manager III (PMIII) or Market Manager required.
Strong knowledge of iBwave design files and ability to complete design for small scale projects.
Experience with project estimation, budgeting, scheduling and cost tracking using spectrum and tracking reports.
Demonstrated safety compliance monitoring and QA/QC of all projects to CTS standards.
Proficiency in producing fiber diagrams, rack elevations, RF plumbing diagrams, block diagrams and link budgets.
Excellent communication skills for sales/customer relations and project status updates.
Responsibilities
Review and approve timecards and daily reports from Field Technicians.
Conduct field inspections to confirm daily reports and verify progress, quality, safety and scope.
Schedule Field Managers and Technicians and provide training to both.
Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including development of project schedules and budgets.
Maintain financial progress updates and complete project closeout packages for customer submission.
Fully understand CTS Products and Services and provide sales/customer relations management.
Ensure safety compliance monitoring and documentation, QA/QC of all projects and weekly financial status reports.
Prepare and submit all required project documentation to the customer.
Proficiency in producing quote books/bill of materials based on design documents, walk notes and field input.
Salary based upon experience: $100k-$150k
