Essential Duties & Functions
Review and interpret customer specifications, one-line diagrams, and Basis of Design (BOD) documents.
Support the specification of integrated MV/LV systems, including switchgear, PDUs, STS, and RPPs.
Translate AI workload requirements into scalable, innovative electrical designs.
Client-Facing Engagement
Serve as the technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and support customer meetings, design walkthroughs, and technical clarifications.
Sales & Proposal Support
Collaborate with Sales and Applications Engineering to prepare quotes and submittals.
Contribute to RFP responses, presentations, and tender documentation.
Industry & Market Awareness
Stay informed on emerging technologies, especially those impacting power distribution for AI and edge computing.
Represent Hyper in technical forums, conferences, and customer innovation sessions.
Preferred Key Skills Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education.
3+ years in electrical power systems, ideally in data center or mission-critical environments.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
Experience with OEM systems (e.g., Schneider Electric, GE, ABB, Siemens, SEL).
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
Business travel up to 30% needed as client demand requires.
