Sr. Electrical Designer
who thrives in a collaborative team environment. The role highlights a customer-focused mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and results on every project. You will be doing a combination of the design work as well as managing projects. In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following: Design and model building and site power systems. Design and model building and site lighting systems. Size, coordinate, and specify lighting fixtures and electrical distribution equipment. Calculate and analyze electrical loads. Perform lighting calculations to ensure adequate light distribution and energy-efficient design. Provide design support in AutoCAD, Revit, and Bluebeam. Attend meetings with the project team, including architects and other engineering disciplines. Ensure electrical design complies with electrical codes, standards, and regulations. Prepare documentation for permit applications and agency review. Perform site visits and write field reports. Assist project managers to troubleshoot design and construction challenges. Education | Experience: What You Will Bring To Our Firm Minimum of 3-5 years experience in the A/E/C industry Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCad, Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent communications skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Excellent attention to detail Authorization to work in the United States (required) Compensation The salary range for this role is $81,000 - $100,000.
