We are seeking a talented professional to lead and develop our healthcare practice, designing mechanical systems for healthcare and research buildings, and supervising project implementation. Lead the mechanical design process, ensuring code compliance, specifications, and system integration. Collaborate across teams to define project scope, budget, and quality assurance measures. Visit project sites to resolve field issues related to unforeseen conditions and code compliance. Coordinate the mechanical design team through project phases, reviewing reports, drawings, and calculations for accuracy. Prepare models, construction documents, simulations, and specifications aligned with company standards. Incorporate Performance Based Design principles into detailed documentation. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (ABET-accredited) or equivalent. PE license or ability to obtain one. 15+ years of relevant experience across various project types. Proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office suite. Preferred Qualifications
Multiple state licensures, CSI-CDT, LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP certifications. Membership in professional organizations (e.g., ASHE, HEALS). NCEES registration, NSPE membership, and experience with professional presentations or publications. People Matter
