Summer 2026 . Responsibilities
Work with and be mentored by experienced engineers; as you gain experience, help mentor designers. Perform load calculations, determine system sizing and layouts, calculate equipment sizes, select equipment, complete field surveys, and review equipment shop drawings. As you gain project experience, take on greater responsibility leading electrical project teams, writing specifications, participating in project meetings with clients and other consultants, and supporting construction-phase work. Qualifications
BSEE/BSAE from ABET-accredited school. Minimum GPA of 2.5. Non-academic internship; internship experience in the MEP consulting engineering field is preferred. Leadership involvement in extracurricular activities/student organizations preferred. EIT certification (FE exam) a plus. Skills and Attributes
Strong spoken and written communications skills. Excellent organization and time management skills. Quick technical comprehension with a focus on client outcomes. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work both independently and within a team. What You Can Expect
