Position: HVAC Selling Service Technician (Full-Time)

We’re hiring a Service Technician with a strong HVAC background and sharp communication skills. This isn’t just about turning wrenches...this is about turning diagnostics into upgrades, upsells, and full system replacements. Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
Present repair vs. replace options and educate customers on solutions
Sell memberships, smart thermostats, IAQ accessories, and full system upgrades
Install SuperStat smart thermostats and explain how to use them
Maintain accurate job notes and service records in CRM
Follow company procedures and safety protocols
Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experience
EPA 608 Certification REQUIRED
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with common HVAC components (capacitors, contactors, transformers, etc)
Comfortable in attics, crawlspaces, and summer heat
Clean-cut, professional, and customer-service focused
Compensation & Benefits
$35 hr base pay (DOE)
Additional 8% commission by reaching weekly KPI job goals

Work Schedule
Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Sundays OFF
Optional OT on Saturdays available
