The Production Supervisor ensures smooth, safe, and productive department operations, focusing on production, quality, and personnel. Responsibilities include overseeing milk receiving, sanitation, production specifications, and quality, under the guidance of the Assistant Plant Director. From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities: Analyze daily operations and their impact on plant performance. Maintain production reports, including line time, downtime, and cleanup checks. Optimize manpower to reduce labor costs. Monitor machine speeds, adjust equipment, and troubleshoot on the production lines. Assist in planning and scheduling personnel, including temporary staff. Be proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under regulations. Manage stress, demonstrate responsibility, integrity, and professionalism. Align with values of ambition, engagement, and simplicity. Requirements

Qualifications: Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school. 2-3 years of experience in food production or similar. Specialized Knowledge
Knowledge of cheese-making equipment (DMC, cooker, extractors); proficiency in Word and Excel. Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices. Ability to manage production schedules. Skills / Abilities
Problem-solving and corrective action skills. Ability to facilitate change and continuous improvement. Conflict resolution skills. Strong ethics, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented leadership through people.
