Landscape Architect II
Location:
Salt Lake City, UT, St George, UT, Boise, ID or Tempe, AZ work site. (Hybrid Schedule)

Salary:
$65-$85K per year DOE
Overview This role is ideal for someone with substantial experience who enjoys both creative design and project leadership, particularly in a diverse and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Application of Knowledge:
Apply a deep understanding of landscape architecture principles across various assignments.
Design and Documentation:
Develop schematic designs, construction details, and ensure quality through detailed plans, specifications, and material approvals.
Visual and Graphic Communication:
Produce or direct the creation of visual aids like plans, boards, and presentations.
Site Analysis & Consultant Coordination:
Conduct site evaluations and manage relationships with consultants.
Construction Administration:
Handle documentation during construction and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Mentorship:
Mentor junior landscape architects and technicians.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, or a related field. Licensure in Landscape Architecture or AICP accreditation is required.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of landscape architecture, accessibility, safety codes, local zoning; proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management tools (MS Office, Bluebeam, NewForma).
Leadership skills to guide and mentor less experienced staff and to lead projects from concept to completion.
