Repair and maintain the apartment community. Supervise, manage, and monitor the performance of all maintenance staff and vendors at the property. Manage Maintenance Technician and Porter staff, ensuring schedules and safety protocols are followed. Track spending, adhere to budgets, and report deviations to the Property Manager. Develop and implement maintenance programs for property upkeep. Oversee vendors to ensure quality and efficiency in all contracted services. Conduct inspections, prepare vacant units, and handle repairs or emergencies as needed. Qualifications
High school diploma (technical training preferred) and proven maintenance experience. Expertise in electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, and property utilities. Familiarity with fire/safety systems and testing protocols. Knowledge of property vendors, suppliers, and contract processes. Strong troubleshooting abilities and effective communication skills for team collaboration. Standards of Excellence
Ensure clean and neat physical property and rent-ready apartments. Meet or exceed NOI (Net Operating Income). Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects. Follow operational standard processes. Your Responsibilities as the Maintenance Supervisor

Competitive hourly rate: $29.00 - $35.00, depending on experience.
