Automotive - General Service Technician / Keyholder
Full-time Department: District 224 Monro’s family of brands is one of the leading automotive service and tire dealers in the United States. The Lube and Tire Technician or General Service Tech is an entry-level position ideal for starting your automotive career. You will participate in comprehensive training from day one, performing maintenance services and ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Pay is based on experience, plus incentives where applicable. Responsibilities
Keyholder duties including customer service, shop supervision in the absence of the Store Manager, end-of-day paperwork, and assisting the store manager. Performing tire mounting, repair, balancing, and basic automotive maintenance such as oil changes and battery installations. Training for advanced services like alignments and brake work will be provided. Compensation
The hourly wage ranges from $16 to $17, depending on experience. Additional incentives and bonuses are available. Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED Own a basic set of mechanic tools or participate in the tool purchase program Must be at least 18 years old Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs Preferred Qualifications
