Job Overview Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Controls Engineer to support production and system optimization teams. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
Design and validate engineering solutions through feasibility testing and implementation
Draft and evaluate engineering standards and specifications
Conduct data analysis to identify trends and support solution development
Design test procedures based on product specifications
Participate in ongoing training and capability development
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience in engineering systems or controls
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance
Familiarity with engineering development tools, testing protocols, and specification writing
Experience with Allen‑Bradley controls is a MUST HAVE
Controls – writing, integration, & troubleshooting experience required
