Our client is seeking a Controls Engineer to conduct electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic design, peripheral device programming and machine PLC programming. As a Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for working with the R&D team on new product development projects including design, testing and technical support. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently & as part of cross‑functional teams, work under minimal supervision and exhibit a high attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title Controls Engineer
Location Eastlake, OH
Pay Rate Up to $115,000/year (dependent on experience)
Key Responsibilities
Provide assembly team with technical support during assembly and managing Final Assembly Test.
Work on continuous improvement activities to improve product performance, cost and standardization.
Prepare detailed schematics and working engineering drawings of electrical devices and system.
Requirements
3 years experience with Allen Bradley and AutoCAD Electrical
BSEE or BSEET is required
Packaging or food & beverage experience preferred
