Sr. Electrical Engineer
with expertise in embedded electronic systems, hardware design, and PCB development. In this role, you will work on innovative dispenser products, collaborating with global teams to design, test, and deliver high-quality electronic hardware solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment alongside talented engineers in software, mechanical, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
Design equipment, assemblies, PCBs, and parts for fueling solutions, leveraging standard components where possible.
Develop detailed electronic schematics and perform multi-layer PCB layouts with a focus on signal integrity, manufacturability, and EMC/EMI compliance.
Prepare and test prototypes, define materials, and set acceptance criteria.
Manage bills of materials, design files, drawings, and technical standards within PLM/ERP systems.
Collaborate with external partners on component specifications and PCB manufacturing.
Troubleshoot PCB assemblies and systems, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
Lead the development of new products, processes, and standards with an emphasis on PCB technology and hardware design.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
5+ years
of experience in electronic hardware and PCB design/layout.
Strong knowledge of schematic capture & PCB layout tools (Altium, OrCAD, or equivalent).
Solid understanding of microcontroller-based hardware designs.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills.
Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira).
Advanced problem-solving methods (DFX, DFSS, FAST).
Knowledge of C/C++ for microcontrollers, Visual Studio development.
Familiarity with communication protocols (SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, USB).
Knowledge of payment components and PCI certification.
PCB manufacturing process expertise (DFM, DFT).

Ability to coach and mentor junior team members.
