Direct-hire, with strong internal promotion opportun We are seeking a Quality Engineer to support the Specialty Vehicle Group—working with over 1,000 customers worldwide, including major OEMs such as Honda, Volvo, and John Deere. You’ll work hands-on with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure products meet ISO and IATF standards, address customer issues, and continuously improve manufacturing processes. What You’ll Do
Partner with engineering teams to solve production/supplier quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions (CAPA) Serve as a point of contact for internal and external audits Create and manage PPAPs, APQP, quality documentation, and SOPs Use customer online portals to review returns, monitor issues, and close corrective actions Update work instructions and train teams on proper processes Track materials through production and maintain compliance with the QMS Complete training to become a Certified Internal Auditor What We’re Looking For BS degree required (Engineering preferred; other majors considered with strong experience) 2+ years of Quality Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with ISO standards, IATF, PPAP, APQP, RCA, and QMS Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to work hands-on Excellent communication and collaboration skills We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
