High Purity Product Engineer
to support our Engineering and Sales teams in developing and improving air filtration solutions for critical environments. This role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Operations, Planning, Engineering, and R&D to ensure our high purity product portfolio continues to meet the strict requirements of industries such as pharmaceuticals, life sciences, semiconductors, food & beverage, and healthcare. We are looking for a highly motivated engineer who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and is passionate about advancing clean air technologies. Main Tasks
Apply broad engineering principles, materials knowledge, and manufacturing processes with a focus on high purity/cleanroom applications. Design and improve high purity filtration components and assemblies using 2D and 3D CAD tools (AutoCAD, Inventor). Support the continuous development of filtration products to meet industry standards for contamination control and critical air quality. Troubleshoot product and application issues to improve performance and reliability in cleanroom and controlled environments. Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to analyze failures, implement changes, and ensure design-for-manufacturability. Research competitor offerings and market trends to guide the development of next-generation high purity products. Develop and maintain technical product documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with Quality to establish and refine inspection/testing criteria that ensure compliance with ISO, GMP, and other regulatory standards. Manage Bills of Material and product data accuracy within ERP systems. Prepare and deliver technical presentations for customers, internal stakeholders, and industry events. Your Profile
Skills & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related discipline preferred). 1–5 years of engineering experience (high purity, cleanroom, or filtration background strongly preferred). Proficient in Microsoft Office; CAD modeling experience with AutoCAD and Inventor required. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance cost, risk, and regulatory requirements in product design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present technical content clearly to diverse audiences. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Willingness to travel 10–20%. Seniority level
