The Technical Account Manager is a designated client resource responsible for providing technical Account planning, program management and oversight for key client initiatives and projects requiring integration, product development, and/or customization to achieve Positive Business Outcomes (PBOs). The TAM ensures these initiatives align with the client’s strategic priorities and Sprinklr’s product capabilities, and are completed on time and within specifications with high-quality deliverables. The TAM ensures the optimum mix of schedule, performance, and product supportability throughout the life cycle (design, development, testing and evaluation, and production) of each program and analyzes problem solutions with a detailed ROI. The TAM acts as a technical lead and Sprinklr subject matter expert, working with the client’s business areas to deliver technical solutions in the form of new and enhanced products and integrations. Responsibilities
Technical advisor and voice of the customer within Sprinklr to inform and influence engineering, bridge client and product, and accelerate deployment and business outcomes Delivers upon client-specialized initiatives requiring integration, product development, and/or customization to achieve Positive Business Outcomes (PBOs) Manages and escalates delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes related to Sprinklr product development Lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels Analyze, plan, develop requirements documents, build functional models, procedures, architectures, and related duties Assign and monitor the work of Sprinklr client-assigned technical personnel to align with business objectives Define project scope, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities with client stakeholders Design and implement processes to monitor resources, risks and value to Business Objectives Plan and execute milestone reviews and decision gates with client stakeholders Ensure Sprinklr deliverables cover requirements management, design, implementation, integration, verification, testing, delivery, operations, and sustainment Communicate effectively with product managers and subject matter experts Clarify and communicate project vision, goals, and alignment with client strategy Manage project scope, estimates, timelines, plans, status reports; track velocity, financials, and KPIs Resolve conflicts with strong leadership and decision-making Manage complex program management tasks and develop standards for scheduling, administration, and accounting Identify, track and address issues/risks/action items; update client stakeholders as needed Qualifications
5-7+ years of Technical Account Manager experience with progressively increasing responsibilities and a demonstrated understanding of project management processes and artifacts Knowledge of REST/JSON API for system integrations Knowledge of common enterprise software platforms: SFDC, Dynamics, Adobe, Oracle, SAP, ServiceNow, etc. High-level knowledge of relational databases and NoSQL Understanding of software development lifecycle best practices Ability to independently manage operational aspects of ongoing projects and liaise between client stakeholders and Sprinklr product managers Ability to drive to big-picture goals while maintaining attention to detail Ability to identify and drive optimal solutions under constraints Excellent judgment, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills Experience in business process mapping or operational redesign/improvement Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills; able to achieve results without direct reporting relationships Strong oral and written communication skills Strong sense of personal responsibility and accountability for delivering high-quality work Note: We are unable to consider applicants who require visa sponsorship or work authorization support for this role.
