Under general direction of the Director of the Safety and Enforcement Division, the incumbent serves in a lead capacity responsible for researching, developing and proposing policy and technical proposals in support of Safety and Enforcement Division strategic planning, programs, proceedings and policies. Areas of emphasis involve legislative and government affairs, strategic planning, policy development, workshop management, and liaison duties with internal and external stakeholders. The incumbent will also examine Commission enforcement plans and procedures and adjust as necessary. Additional information about the job can be found in the Duty Statement.
