Job Summary
The Product Manager is a member of the Park City Ski and Snowboard School supervisory team who reports directly to the Location Manager. This position’s primary responsibility is to lead the supervisory team to ensure that all products are appropriately staffed to accommodate the projected business needs at their location.
Job Specifications
Starting Wage: $59,500 – $65,500 Annually
Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
Shift Type: Full Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Job Responsibilities
Leadership: exhibits a strong, confident, and reassuring leadership presence
Management: Assists Location manager in forecasting and evaluating staffing levels relative to business needs
Operations: Takes the lead in Guest service issues and provides support to supervisors in service and recovery efforts in our on-snow daily operations.
Mentoring, observations, coaching, feedback and evaluation of instructors and supervisors
Assign daily tasks and make lesson assignments for instructors scheduled to your work area each day.
Job Requirements
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and effectively with a variety of demographics in line with our DEI value
Demonstrated ability to perform in a high paced, variable, multi-faceted environment with the ability to multi-task
Strong computer competency required – Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Windows based applications and internet based software
College degree and/or two years relevant proven leadership experience in related field, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired
PSIA/AASI Level 2 Certification (or equivalent international certification) preferred
