Applicants must be eligible for a TS/SCI clearance, including U.S. Citizenship, and undergo a government security investigation. License / Certification Requirement
Journeyman or Master License in Electrical or Mechanical (highly preferred) EPA Certification (highly preferred) Responsibilities
Maintain electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment in data centers, ensuring >99.999% uptime. Perform preventative maintenance, corrective work, and emergency responses. Serve as a technical resource, reporting to a program manager, interacting with engineering and vendors. Follow all safety protocols, interpret technical diagrams, and log activities in CMMS. Assist and train other technicians, conduct facility walk-throughs, and document parameters. Understand and operate critical systems like UPS, generators, HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, and EPMS. Maintain compliance with building codes and regulations, and manage procurement of materials. Diagnose and repair heating, refrigeration, and power systems as needed. Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent + 6+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or fire/life safety equipment. 3+ years experience in a data center environment. U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. Preferred Qualifications
Journeyman or Master License in Electrical or Mechanical. EPA Certification. Benefits
