Senior Project Manager/Project Executive - Custom Homes A Palm Beach home builder with multiple celebrity and billionaire clients is seeking a high-end Senior Project Manager/Project Executive with a strong background in luxury residential construction. Projects valued from $20–$100 million. This role requires a professional, customer-service oriented individual with a passion for excellence and a keen eye for detail. Base pay range: $140,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Oversee and manage high-value construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timeline, budget, and required resources. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to meet client needs and expectations. Lead and inspire a team of project managers and staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly and professionally. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns. Ensure all construction activities comply with health and safety regulations and standards. Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 5 years in a senior project management role within construction, with proven experience managing luxury projects valued at $20–$50 million. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others. Excellent customer service skills and ability to build positive client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to convey complex information to diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and related tools. PMP or equivalent certification preferred. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and regulations. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
