We're hiring a Superintendent II to oversee full-cycle construction of 10,000–25,000 sq. ft. custom homes, valued up to $50M+. Requirements: 6–10 years of experience managing luxury custom home builds Expertise in construction methods, codes, and residential systems Strong leadership and communication skills OSHA 10-Hour Certification (required) Responsibilities: Lead site operations from groundbreaking through completion Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and scheduling Enforce safety protocols and ensure code compliance Manage reporting, inspections, and field issue resolution Deliver projects on time and to the highest quality Salary: $120K–$150K + full benefits Career advancement with a respected custom home builder Build ultra-luxury homes valued at $50M+ Long-term project pipeline and supportive team culture Ready to lead Miami’s most exclusive custom builds?
