Role Program Manager, Engineering Product and Change Execution
reports to the Senior Manager for Natrium Engineering Processes and is responsible for coordinating and executing engineering processes across the broader engineering organization. This role is execution-focused and ensures accurate and correct execution of engineering processes in the production of work products.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Project Coordinators to ensure accurate and on-time delivery from key processes.
Engage project teams to drive expectations for work execution for critical processes.
Identify, advocate, and resolve deficiencies in design program and process/tool implementation across Natrium program.
Ensure clear, appropriate, timely, and accurate communication with stakeholder groups.
Develop, implement, and own design program coordination across Natrium, including setting expectations for partner organizations and leaders of programs across Natrium.
Establish best practices and communication channels for design programs, tools/processes, and coordination.
Contribute to development, maintenance, and support of the overall Engineering Change Request (ECR) and design program integration planning and meetings.
Maintain cadence for meetings and communications related to engineering process execution (e.g., ECR review, decision boards, program coordination meetings).
Develop and execute strategy for design programs, including program plans and review meetings.
Support scheduled program work, oversee daily operations, coordinate activities, and manage program priorities.
Establish and track metrics to evaluate and improve engineering process execution and outcomes.
Key Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
10+ years of demonstrated project management experience in large-scale engineering projects.
Ability to track schedules, assess progress, and ensure schedule adherence.
Experience with Primavera P6 Schedule, Jira, Confluence, and/or similar software is a plus.
5+ years leadership experience, preferably with direct reports.
10+ years of commercial nuclear experience with knowledge of Nuclear requirements (e.g., 10CFR50 Appendix B, NQA-1).
Detail- and process-oriented outlook.
Effective communication and ability to motivate others.
Ability to work on tasks requiring multi-disciplinary, cross-functional cooperation.

*Salaries are typically within 0.90 – 1.0 of mid-point of the posted range and are based on market data and qualifications. This range is specific to Washington State.
