Your New Role… We are seeking a Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect who will be responsible fordesigning, modelling, and optimizingenterprise service managementprocesseson the ServiceNow platformto improvebusinessefficiency, effectiveness and compliance. As a key contributor to theEnterprise Service Management(ESM)team,theSenior Staff, ESM BusinessProcessArchitectwill collaborate with cross-functional teams toensure the effective management and support of all ESM processes.The role is crucial for enabling the integration and implementation of new and improved ESM functionality and capability in alignment with organizational objectives. This role requires a deep understanding ofbusiness operations, processdesign &improvement methodologies, andan awareness oftechnologysolutions. The individual should havea strong ability to translate business requirements intoprocesses and workflows.Theywill play a pivotal role in shaping and driving ESM initiatives for functions including IT, HR and Finance. The Senior Staff, ESM Business Process Architect will play a key role in the ESM Service Architecture function, with responsibility to: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related toenterprise service managementprocesses. Design,documentand maintainnewandimproved business processesfor enterprise service managementusing industry-standard notations (e.g., BPMN), recognizing anyrelated data and technologyguardrails Design,documentand maintainsupportingprocess&proceduredocumentationand governancethatensuresalignment with business goals and strategies. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus, identifyingareas for process improvement and developingrecommendations for optimization. Serve as the Process Lead for ESMtransformationprojects, providing expertise in business process design and redesign. Develop and implementcontinualprocess improvement initiatives, using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agileand frameworks such as ITIL. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process improvements, including with reference toemerging trends in business process managementandindustry best practices. Work withthe ESM Business Technical Architect to ensure alignment between business processes and technology solutions. Lead and mentor junior process designers, providing guidance and supportwithstakeholdermanagementandprocess definition. Qualifications & Experience…
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills having worked closely with business stakeholders and back-office service management functions. 8+ years of experienceinbusiness process managementinenterprise service management, or related fields,with provenexperience in a large-scale enterprise environment Proven experience in designing, modelling, and optimizing business processeswithindustry-standard notations(e.g., BPMN) Provenexperiencein enterprise service management platforms,especially ServiceNow,and supportingprocesses (ITSM,ITOM, ITAM, etc.) Proven track record of leading cross-functional process improvement initiatives and system implementationswith recognizeddelivery methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile). Proven experienceinleadingcomplex projectworkstreamswith multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Provenability to lead process design workshops and facilitate stakeholder alignment. A proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills It is expected thatthecandidatehas relevant certificationsrelatedtoenterprise service management such as Business Process Management, ITIL and Project Management.
