Overview
HME is recruiting for Installation Coordinator I. This role involves developing strong relationships with customers throughout the installation process and coordinating scheduling between the customer, field technicians, and other teams to meet timelines. The position includes assigning field technicians to service calls and ensuring technicians meet HME installation standards.
What You Will Do In The Position
Coordinate with the Sales Group, installer, and customer to facilitate installation.
Select installing company and assign work orders to authorize shipment and installation.
Coordinate to ensure site readiness.
Review daily status reports.
Update installation status in computer systems.
Ensure technicians are equipped with clear instructions, scopes of work, and equipment per HME standards.
Enforce timely closures of field service orders.
Obtain and maintain photos and other documentation associated with installations.
Review daily status reports to ensure installations are completed as scheduled and follow up with field technicians on any open field service orders.
Work with installer and customer to address and resolve installation problems promptly.
Analyze and recommend solutions to problem installations.
Demonstrate customer service and conflict resolution skills with customers.
Follow up with customers on pending site readiness issues such as conduit, power, and wiring.
Coordinate field service orders with appropriate Installer considering location, availability, service level agreement, and training per SOPs.
Ensure resolution of service issues by coordinating with Technical Support, installers, and customers.
Communicate status and issues to internal and external customers until resolution is reached.
What You Will Need To Succeed In This Position
Excellent customer service skills.
Good problem solving skills.
Good verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
Ability to use PC and good typing skills.
High level of organization.
Ability to follow tasks through to completion.
1+ years related field experience.
Pay and Benefits Base pay range: $18.90/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for the role and may vary depending on experience and other factors.
