Role and Responsibilities
Full Time Technical Applications Specialist position supporting the N Department providing FMS logistics administrative services.
Position Qualifications
High School degree with 1 - 3 years of logistics experience.
Ability to interface with Project Engineers, LogReps, Engineers, Technicians, and Logisticians.
Support development, review, edits, and updates to FMS documentation.
Provide FMS modernization support including personnel tracking, system status, and maintaining lessons learned databases.
Draft and route Liaison Information Transfer Reports (LITRs), Technical Bulletins, Ordnance Alterations (ORDALTS), and maintain a LITR database.
Update and maintain installation schedules to support the project lead.
Assist with site turnover during/after acceptance.
Utilize Navy applications such as ACCESS and UNET to research status and schedules.
Track material inventory, installation schedules, and POA&M's for various FMS countries.
Support FMS countries with research, status, and installation requirements.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry.
Valid driver's license and own transportation.
Ability to receive and maintain a security clearance.
Punctuality, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Follow company policies and procedures.
Fluent in English, capable of writing clear, detailed reports.
Preferred Skills
Navy Logistics School
Previous NAVSEA Logistics and/or Navy Admin experience.
Physical Requirements
Travel as required.
