Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to ensure the smooth and efficient day‑to‑day functioning of our studio. This role is pivotal in managing logistics, coordinating schedules, overseeing projects, and facilitating communication across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee studio operations and workflows.

Recruit, onboard, and train new staff.

Manage logistics, inventory, supplies, and shipments.

Support project managers by tracking timelines and deliverables.

Act as liaison between departments, management, and clients.

Identify workflow inefficiencies and propose improvements.

Handle scheduling, calendar management, and vendor communications.

Assist with budgeting and financial tracking.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Strong project management and multitasking skills.

Excellent communication with staff, leadership, vendors, and clients.

Proven problem‑solving ability.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and strong time management.

Independent, self‑motivated, and collaborative.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project‑management software.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.

Prior experience in operations, project coordination, or office management in a creative or professional services environment highly desirable.
