Position: Senior Interior Designer
Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday | No weekends

About the Role We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer who is passionate about residential design and excels in managing projects from concept to installation. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role requires strong communication skills, creative problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and collaborate on multiple residential projects with clients, designers, architects, and contractors.
Develop and present design concepts, materials, finishes, and furnishings.
Source and specify furniture, lighting, and finishes; design custom pieces as needed.
Manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
Oversee project development through all phases: Concept, Schematic, Design Development, Construction Administration, and Installation.
Create and review visual presentations and documentation.
Qualifications
Experience: 3–5 years in residential interior design (degree preferred but not required).
Skills: Strong creative vision, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; hand sketching skills a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Familiarity with industry resources, materials, and furnishings.
