FIFO Full Time Project Supervisors - Electrical For more than 25 years, Pindari has been delivering building, electrical, maintenance and labour services to WA's mining, government and commercial sectors.

We are seeking experienced and motivated Project Supervisors – Electrical to join our Electrical team. This is a FIFO 8:6 roster ex Perth, working across Tier 1 client sites including BHP and RTIO.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll take ownership of leading and coordinating site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate project works and teams of 5–15 trades personnel

Lead safety, HSE compliance and risk management on site

Manage scheduling, procurement, reporting, and client liaison

Oversee staffing, inductions, and performance management

About You

Electrical Trade Certificate and Unrestricted WA Electrical Licence

Schedule 26 accredited training

BHP inducted and prior BHP site experience – essential

5+ years' supervisory experience in building/construction/electrical supervision

Skilled in MS Office and project planning tools

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Experience in minor works, refurbishments, renovations and minor civil works

WA-based with full Australian working rights
