Drive commercial impact by guiding your team to navigate roadblocks, structure innovative deals, and maximize enterprise client value. 12+ years of commercial experience with a strong track record in enterprise and complex dealmaking. 5+ years as a people leader, building and scaling high‑performing commercial teams. Proven coach and inspirational leader who builds momentum and guides teams to success by challenging assumptions and aligning resources. Strategic thinker balancing day‑to‑day execution with long‑term direction, staying curious and owning outcomes. Experienced in fintech (payments preferred) with deep understanding of enterprise client needs and market dynamics. Entrepreneurial leader embodying a "team over ego" mindset and driving measurable commercial results. Excellent communicator and relationship builder who manages stakeholders across global, cross‑functional teams. Compensation
Annual base salary range: $220,000–$260,000 plus restricted stock units (RSUs). Location
