Position Senior Construction Project Manager
– Residential and commercial reconstruction work performed by the branch office. This role is hands-on and involves managing projects from the field, leading a team of in-house craftsmen, and overseeing work performed by subcontractors. The opportunity to take on bigger projects and potentially move into a Construction Manager role is available.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of in-house craftsmen to ensure excellence in workmanship.
Oversee work performed by subcontractors and manage projects from the field.
Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget, including collections.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and insurance scores.
Interact with property owners and insurance professionals; collaborate with skilled subcontractors.
Experience and Skill Requirements
Minimum of two years of hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects.
Strong organizational skills and team-oriented mindset.
Ability to communicate effectively with property owners.
Experience working with both time and material contracts.
Xactimate estimating highly preferred.
Contractor's license preferred.
Compensation As a Senior Construction Project Manager, you will receive a base salary with the opportunity for commissions based on project profitability. Compensation varies by experience and will be discussed during the interview. Benefits include a company vehicle or auto allowance, fuel card, EZ pass or Toll Tag, laptop, smartphone, and tools to ensure success. Fully paid employee medical and life insurance, optional dental and optical insurance, generous paid time off, a 401(k) plan, and more are provided.
