Manage both residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards, on-time completion, and on-budget delivery. Interact daily with subcontractors, in-house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals. Coordinate with property owners and stakeholders across commercial and residential projects. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and adjust resources as needed to meet project objectives. Move into a Construction Manager role as skills develop (career progression). Essential Functions
Collaborate with subcontractors and owners to advance project goals. Engage with a variety of professionals to ensure project success. Experience And Skill Requirements
Minimum of two years’ hands-on experience running residential or commercial construction projects. Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset. Ability to communicate effectively with property owners (residential and commercial). Experience working with time and material contracts. Xactimate estimating highly preferred. Contractor’s License preferred. Compensation
Base salary plus bonuses based on profitability. Compensation varies by experience level and can be discussed during the first interview.
