This is a high-visibility role ideal for a seasoned PMP-certified leader with the ability to manage fast-moving, multi-disciplinary projects from concept through closeout. In this role, you'll be responsible for the execution, profitability, and successful delivery of large-scale projects, working with cross-functional teams and industry-leading clients to drive results. Our integrated team combines engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) to deliver complex, high-value projects across commercial, utility, transportation, and sustainability sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead full-cycle project management of commercial construction, utility, and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through final completion. Define project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal departments to align objectives and maintain project momentum. Monitor project KPIs and adjust strategies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Oversee contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and payment applications. Enforce compliance with local codes, permitting requirements, safety standards, and project specs. Lead cross-functional meetings, coordinate with field teams, and resolve on-site challenges with a solution-first mindset. Manage risk proactively and lead cost-control initiatives across all project phases. Train, mentor, and support junior project management staff and team members. Qualifications PMP Certification is required. 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, energy, utilities, or infrastructure. Bachelor's Degree in engineering or construction is preferred, but not required Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects and multi-disciplinary teams. Deep understanding of project financials, including cost tracking, forecasting, and profit/loss management. Proficient in project management tools and platforms (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, Bluebeam, etc.). Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills. Willingness to travel for projects with per diem provided, on occasion.
