Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr. Schedule: Full-time; Tuesday - Saturday; 8am - 5pm. Job location: Seattle, WA. This position is with Thrive Communities. Job Summary

Maintenance Technician responsible for routine preventative maintenance, diagnosing and repairing in homes and throughout the property, coordinating make-ready repairs, and contributing to a positive team environment and resident satisfaction. Responsibilities

Schedules and performs routine preventative maintenance on all appropriate equipment and tools as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Diagnoses and performs minor or routine maintenance and repairs within homes and throughout the property. Inspects and helps coordinate all needed make-ready repairs and services. Assists in keeping grounds neat and free of litter. Performs any additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. Contributes to a positive team environment and a happy resident base. Qualifications

Prior maintenance experience in property management strongly preferred, but not required. Proficient in unit turns and appliance repair is a plus. Excellent customer service skills. Strong team player. Willingness to learn and take initiative on tasks and projects. Weekends/listed schedule days are required. Can operate a vehicle on premise and has a valid driver's license and automobile insurance. Supplies their own tools. Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk or sit as needed; estimates 60% - 100% of time on feet. Occasional typing, writing, and grasping. Ability to bend/stoop/squat, climb stairs, push/pull, reach above shoulder. Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs on occasion, with frequent lifting 25 - 75 lbs. Contact Careers@thrivecommunities.com for more information about work environment and requirements.
