Job Overview
As Commercial Operations Manager – Aero, you will compile and submit required tender documentation in line with Company standards and requirements. You manage complex short to long term commercial projects, proposals, and contracts including pricing and terms and conditions. Responsibilities include: Preparing proposals/bids on Aero Gas Turbines, contract negotiation, and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Coordinating sales teams involving applications, engineering, planning, legal, risk, finance, and any other required. Leading an assigned geographical area with medium-sized estimated orders, developing a strong understanding of Customer, market dynamics, competition. Actively developing and utilizing financial and non-financial analytic/analysis/metrics as needed. Fostering the Company core values and ethic behaviors. Being involved in other internal strategic activities or initiatives under the competencies of the Center of Excellence commercial team. Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in Sales). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Proposals. Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
