End Line Specialist

Work Schedule: Nights Job Summary The End Line Specialist will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the mechanical End Line equipment. Essential Functions/Key Deliverables Ensure overall production of machines and quality according to specification sheets. Troubleshoot and repair complex issues on the equipment. Read and understand information on the PO sheets. Check the accuracy and quality of finished ends. Locate, clear, and troubleshoot problematic jams. Read and interpret messages/statuses on control panels. Perform regular servicing and resolve machinery problems. Lead the maintenance team during line changeovers. Train and assist other employees with production duties such as product changes, housekeeping, and visual quality checks. Train technicians on process troubleshooting. Knowledge of shell press, liners, and conversion press. Develop and maintain SOPs for the department. Comply with all health & safety regulations, environmental requirements (ISO 14001, BRC). Perform any other duties assigned by management related to the role. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Strong mechanical aptitude. Experience in End Line Department. Ability to use calipers and micrometers. Problem-solving skills. Ability to organize workload and work independently. Knowledge of SAP and Lighthouse. Experience in mechanical maintenance and repair.
