Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy in Stoughton, MA is seeking a skilled and team‑oriented physical therapist to join our growing team. Our unique facility includes a PT clinic and sports performance center dedicated to providing the best in orthopedic and sports physical therapy, sports performance training, and personal training, all under one roof. We operate with a 40‑minute individual session model, one‑on‑one treatment, and a no‑double‑patient policy to ensure the highest quality care for our dedicated clinicians.
Responsibilities Provide high‑quality, one‑on‑one patient care in an orthopedic and sports physical therapy setting. Operate a 40‑minute individual session model with a focus on patient outcomes and advanced performance training. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of physical therapists, sports performance coaches, and personal trainers to deliver integrated orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and performance training services.
Qualifications
Current PT license for MA (or interest in obtaining licensure in MA)
Previous clinical experience in an orthopedic/sports PT outpatient setting (including student affiliation experience)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
High level of professionalism and passion for orthopedic/sports PT
Interest in pursuing board certification (OCS, SCS) in the future is a plus but not required
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
