Clinical Pharmacist, Acute Care, Davie Medical Center at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist. Role highlights rotating 1st and 2nd shift Monday–Friday with weekend and holiday rotation. Department: 38410 Davie Medical Center - Pharmacy. Status: Full time. Hours per week: 40. Pay range: $53.80 - $80.70. Responsibilities

Process medication orders and prescriptions from physicians and nurses. Supervise technicians to ensure timely and accurate medication dispensing, optimizing staff utilization. Deliver pharmaceutical care for optimal patient outcomes. Contribute to quality improvement efforts through teamwork. Continuously update and document skills and knowledge. Maintain documentation for compliance with standards and regulations. Set personal goals to support departmental objectives. Provide age-appropriate care following guidelines. Foster a cooperative work environment through effective communication and teamwork. What You Will Need

Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy with a B.S. in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) is required. Current state pharmacist license in good standing through North Carolina Board of Pharmacy is required. Nice To Have (Not Required)

Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency and PGY2 or relevant clinical experience is preferred. Board Certification is preferred. Previous mentorship of pharmacy residents is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Possesses strong organizational and leadership skills. Takes self-initiative to innovate and collaborate with team members. Benefits
