The Role We’re seeking an
Engine Calibration Engineer
to lead calibration development for powertrain systems. You’ll support performance, drivability, emissions, and compliance targets across a range of engine platforms.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize ECU calibrations for various conditions
Perform dyno and vehicle testing for performance and emissions
Analyze data, identify issues, and implement calibration changes
Interface with cross-functional teams and customers
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering
2+ years of engine calibration or powertrain development experience
Proficient with tools such as INCA, ATI Vision, or ETAS
Knowledge of combustion principles, emissions systems, and diagnostics
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with OBD and regulatory compliance
Familiarity with diesel, gasoline, or hybrid/EV calibration
OEM + Motorsports programs
Data-driven engineering
