Overview

Role: Technical Sales Representative for RedBuilt™ in the Commercial Construction market. You will champion RedBuilt™’s products across the AEC community within your assigned region, develop long-term relationships, influence project specifications, and support structural framing solutions from concept through completion. Responsibilities

Specify efficient structural framing systems with architects and engineers Conduct lunch-and-learns and product presentations for design and construction professionals Develop framing concepts, prepare bids, and negotiate project contracts Educate stakeholders on product applicability and align design intent with RedBuilt™ offerings Track and input project leads, bids, activities and KPIs using the company CRM Represent RedBuilt™ at industry associations, meetings, and trade shows Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity Skills & Qualifications

Deep knowledge of construction industry practices and engineered wood systems Proven ability to read blueprints and design structural framing concepts Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and team-oriented mindset Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or Business field; experience commensurate with these fields will be considered Willingness to travel within the territory and engage with the local AEC community Seniority level
