Pearce is seeking

Experienced HVAC Technicians

to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC package units on Cell Tower Sites. This role is best suited for individuals who are responsible, self-directed, highly motivated, willing to travel, and looking to learn and grow in the Telecom industry. Core Responsibilities

Maintaining commercial package cooling systems on Cell Phone Towers – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems. Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment. Performing additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment. Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call out services. Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports. Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements. Core Experience

Must be Level 2 or Universal EPA Certified (Required). 3+ years of experience with HVAC maintenance (commercial preferred). Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components including refrigeration systems is preferred. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and by email. Physical/Work Environment

Candidates should reside in the Chicago, Illinois area. Must be available for after-hours and weekend call outs on occasion. Extensive daily travel in an independent work structure. Occasional overnights required — company pays all travel costs and provides per diem as applicable. Driving to remote work sites as needed. Be exposed to ambient temperatures while working outdoors. Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 50 pounds). May need to pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical. Compensation

$30.00-$38.00 hourly/DOE. This pay range is subject to change based on skill, experience, and location. In addition to wages, employees may be eligible for performance and referral bonuses, stipends, a company vehicle, per diem, and other compensation.
