With over 18 clinics across Oregon and growing, we’re seeking passionate Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver functional, patient-centered primary care.

Compensation : Guaranteed salary with earning potential of $300k+

Responsibilities And Duties

Provide direct patient care through office visits, telehealth, and occasional same-day appointments

Perform comprehensive assessments, order and interpret labs/imaging, and diagnose acute and chronic conditions

Develop personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle interventions, supplements, hormone therapies, and prescriptions

Educate and empower patients on preventive health and functional medicine principles

Collaborate with internal health coaches, nutritionists, mental health providers, and clinical support staff

Document visits in the EHR (NextGen) in a timely and compliant manner

Participate in team meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and training sessions

Support clinic operations by contributing to a positive, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

Active Oregon license as a Nurse Practitioner (FNP, AGNP, or AGNP-PC), PA-C, MD, or DO (or eligibility to obtain)

Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or relevant specialty

Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred (functional/integrative medicine experience a plus)

Strong interest in preventive, functional, and lifestyle medicine

Excellent communication and patient relationship skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Proficient with electronic health records (NextGen experience a plus)
