RN Clinical Care Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead the Jesuit Community area, overseeing nursing operations, staffing, and resident care planning. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a faith-based, resident-centered environment. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise RN/LPN Case Managers, Supervisors, and direct care staff. Ensure high-quality clinical care and compliance with nursing standards. Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and PTO approvals. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external providers. Coordinate outbreak responses, vaccine clinics, and health department reporting. Conduct audits, evaluations, and performance coaching. Maintain confidentiality and uphold HIPAA standards. Participate in QAPI initiatives and continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications
Nursing Degree required; BSN preferred. Active RN license in Wisconsin (unrestricted). Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in long-term care. Strong communication, leadership, and computer skills. CPR certification required. Proven success in resident-focused care and team management. Why Join St. Camillus?
