This position offers fully remote capabilities; however, occasional on-site responsibilities may be required if you are located near a CHA office.

We deliver top-tier solutions for new and existing electrical power infrastructure across AC/DC, overhead/underground, submarine, indoor/outdoor installations, and various insulation mediums. Our work spans transmission, distribution, and generation needs, including automation, SCADA, and protection and control systems.
In this role, you will provide advanced judgment and analysis for design development, implementation, and technical analysis of various systems to meet client needs, plan and coordinate project phases with multiple disciplines and project management staff, and mentor junior staff while providing technical reviews as needed. You will recommend design improvements, self-check for accuracy, gather resources, and monitor progress against the project work plan.

Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of projects independently with other engineering disciplines and project management staff. • Mentor junior staff and provide technical review of their work as needed. • Recommend alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and procedures; select procedures to ensure completeness and accuracy in technical reports and calculations. • Identify, develop, and gather technical resources necessary to complete assignments. • Monitor progress and performance of the engineering design development against the project work plan.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in engineering required Professional Engineer (PE) license required Minimum of 4 years of discipline-specific engineering experience Strong knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with the ability to apply engineering best practices Advanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, PLS-CADD, etc.) Familiar with QA/QC procedures and understands basic business practices and laws related to engineering Ability to demonstrate leadership and work collaboratively Effective verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to various audiences Proficiency with MS Office Active involvement in a professional engineering society/organization preferred
Salary Range
$100,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and market standards.
