Automotive Repair Multi-Unit Manager – Overview
Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) of Davie, FL is hiring a full‑time Automotive Repair Multi‑Unit Manager to lead multiple Jiffy Lube vehicle service centers. This role is a frontline team captain focused on delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence across multiple stores.

Responsibilities
Lead teams of 75+ employees across multiple retail automotive repair stores and vehicle service centers.
Supervise daily operations, translating executive and operational processes into tangible store‑level responsibilities.
Recruit, train, and direct employees to maintain high‑quality customer service and store performance.
Roll up sleeves and get to work to ensure the success of each vehicle service center.
Qualifications
3+ years of extraordinary management experience in a related automotive or service environment.
Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
At least 3 references that verify a history of commitment, motivation, leadership, and a solid 50+ hour work ethic.
