Automotive Assistant Manager Pay:
$20.00-$25.00 per hour . Pay is based on experience; this role is eligible for additional compensation and incentives. You will participate in all aspects of daily store operations with focus on the efficient, productive, and safe operation of service bays. A comprehensive Management training program starts on day one to prepare you for the next level. You will be an essential team member, building lasting relationships with guests and delivering 5-star guest experiences while taking care of people and their vehicles to ensure safe, reliable transportation. Pay is based on experience. Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations and decisions related to hiring, training, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employees. Support automotive technicians by training and developing teammates on shop operations and guest services to maintain a productive sales environment. Assist with scheduling employees, completing timecards, and assigning work to Lube and Tire technicians. Perform duties of an automotive technician when needed. Attend meetings and clinics to maintain current knowledge of tools, parts, and repairs. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications High school or GED equivalent. 2+ years of automotive and sales experience. Valid Driver License. Ability to work with hands overhead, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent communication skills and basic math for calculating figures such as discounts and percentages. Guest and team-focused mindset. Preferred Qualifications Automotive State Inspector License. ASE Automotive Certifications. Proven automotive or quick lube sales experience. Leadership experience.
