Job Responsibilities Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field; Master’s preferred. 7+ years of controls engineering experience in automotive manufacturing or similar complex industrial environments. Proficiency in PLC programming (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMI/SCADA systems, and industrial communication protocols. Strong knowledge of electrical panel design, sensors, actuators, VFDs, and robotics integration. Hands-on experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting. Strong project management and communication skills.
